Refresh & Repair
We know that sometimes our favorite jewelry pieces need a little love, so we would like to help.
CAM allows you to return your jewelry back to us for a refresh or repair. We offer 1 complimentary jewelry refresh or repair within the first year of your CAM Studio purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping your jewelry to our studio, but we will pay for the return trip back to you.
For jewelry refresh or repairs past the first year of your purchase, there will be a small fee for the service. The fee depends on the type of service, however we are happy to provide an estimate for your convenience prior to shipping.
Refresh & Repair Service Includes:
- Replating of tarnished jewelry
- Repair of broken chain
- Jewelry finish alteration
- Resizing jewelry
To make this process hassle free, we provided our return instructions on the Refresh & Repair Form here. Please include a completed copy in your package. This allows us to process your refresh or repair faster.
From the day your parcel is delivered to our studio, it takes up to 5 business days for a team member to process your request. You will then be given a service timeline as to when your piece will be shipped back. Once completed, we will send you a confirmation notice and tracking of your returned piece.
