Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California. 
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. 
      Shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end due to weather or holiday schedules.
        If you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.
          If the package is lost or stolen, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.

          DOMESTIC

          Free shipping- Domestic orders over $100 automatically receive free USPS Standard Shipping 

          USPS Standard Shipping - $12 flat rate includes insurance for the full subtotal of order, 7 business days for delivery, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          UPS Ground- 1-2 days if you're located in CA, and 3-5 business days if you're in another state, please include 1 additional day for processing the orde

          UPS 3-Day Select- 3 business days, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          UPS 2-Day Air- 2 business days, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          UPS Next Day Air Saver- 1 business day, delivery by 3:00pm, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          UPS Next Day Air- 1 business day, delivery by 11:00am, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          UPS Next Day Air Early AM- 1 business day, delivery by 8:30am, please include 1 additional day for processing the order

          INTERNATIONAL

          UPS International- options vary, price depends on location and weight of goods

          *For any International shipments once a package crosses the boarder, we are no longer able to track it from our end, so please call your local post office with the tracking number to see if they can provide you with additional information.

          All international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes on their shipment. We value all our packages at the amount you paid for them to insure them properly, so we have no control over the amount of duties and taxes that get charged on each shipment.

          RETURNS

          If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from the date you received your order. Any item(s) returned after 30 days from the order received date is not eligible for a refund. All sale item(s) are final. 

          Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.

          You can return items by emailing sales@cam-jewelry.com. In the email please include your name, order number, and the items you'd like to return. Upon your request, we will provide a return form and address. Once you receive this, please print out the form and place in the return package.

          Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
           
          Your order will be refunded within 1 to 2 days of arriving at our studio. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate exchanges.
           
          We are unable to accept returned items that were purchased through our third-party vendors. 
           
          Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a Return Form), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after thirty (30) days of receipt by the customer, will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.

            TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)

            You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We are sorry but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and CAM is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from CAM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CAM. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received your order will be refunded within 1 to 2 days of arriving at our studio.
