Moving Stagnant Energy in My Space
Think about how your body moves in the same predictable ways over and over again each day. Even when you workout, likely you're doing the same types of workouts. When things get stagnant in my space or body I've found that moving my body intuitively is the best way to shake things up. In our society we've been taught to be embarrassed of this type of movement because it's no choreographed or planned. Moving outside of this structured system is amazing at changing things up
